All Power Credit products are sold with support included. We provide support on a subscription basis - without restriction on number of calls, and without per-call charges. This support policy removes the barriers between help desk and customer by encouraging our customers to call with questions, without hesitating due to billing considerations. Our Proactive Support Program includes the following services:

Telephone Help Desk is available Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time. Help desk staff are on-call outside of these hours, and are paged when a voice mail is received.

No limits on questions answered. We encourage our customers to call with questions. Not only does this policy help prevent problems, it gives us a valuable source of ideas for future product improvements.

Network connections for on-line help. If necessary the Help Desk can connect to your Power Credit installation using a high speed Internet connection. Help Desk personnel can then perform hands-on problem resolution on your network.

Software updates are included at no charge, to assure the latest product functionality, and ongoing compliance with card association requirements.
